Return & Exchange Policy – Auras Card


At Auras Card, we are committed to providing a reliable and secure shopping experience. This Return & Exchange Policy is designed in accordance with applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates and outlines the terms for returning and exchanging both physical and digital products.


1. Eligibility for Returns


Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging materials and accessories.


Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return unless due to a manufacturing defect.


2. Return & Exchange Window


You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.


Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.


3. Return Fees & Restocking


No restocking fees apply.


A return label is included in the original shipment.


The customer is responsible for shipping costs in return/exchange cases unrelated to product defects.


For international returns, the customer bears full shipping and delivery charges.


4. Digital Products Policy (eGift Cards, Top-ups, Game Cards)


All digital items (e.g., gift cards, game credits, recharge codes) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.


In case of a technical error, the customer must notify Auras Card’s support team within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.


Incorrect use, entry on the wrong platform, or unauthorized redemption will not qualify for a refund.


Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.



5. Refund Process


Upon approval, refunds are issued within 2 business days.


Depending on the bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.



6. Shipping Policy


Order Processing Time: 1 business day (Monday–Saturday).


Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within the UAE.


Total Delivery Time: 1 to 4 business days.


Shipping Fee: AED 45 for orders under AED 500.


Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over AED 500.



7. Return Method


Returns by Mail Only.


The return must be initiated using the pre-included return label.


In-store or drop-off returns are currently not supported.
