Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through AURAS.AE.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

AURAS.AE sells digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, displayed, revealed, activated, redeemed, or made available to the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Game codes
  • Top-up cards
  • Digital vouchers
  • Software codes
  • Electronic credits
  • Digital services

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

2. No Refund After Code Delivery

No refund will be issued if:

  • The digital code has been delivered
  • The code has been displayed in your account
  • The code has been sent by email
  • The code has been revealed or accessed
  • The product has been activated or redeemed
  • The customer purchased the wrong product
  • The customer selected the wrong region, country, currency, or platform
  • The customer provided incorrect delivery information
  • The customer no longer wants the product

3. Customer Responsibility

Before completing your purchase, you must carefully review:

  • Product name
  • Product description
  • Region restrictions
  • Platform compatibility
  • Account requirements
  • Quantity
  • Price
  • Email address and delivery details

AURAS.AE is not responsible for customer mistakes made during the ordering process.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may only be considered in limited cases, such as:

  • The product was not delivered
  • The delivered code is invalid and confirmed unused
  • The wrong product was delivered due to an error by AURAS.AE
  • A duplicate payment was charged for the same order
  • The order was cancelled by AURAS.AE before delivery

Refund approval is not automatic. Each request will be reviewed by our support team.

5. Invalid or Non-Working Codes

If you believe a code is invalid or not working, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Screenshots of the error
  • Platform/account details related to redemption
  • Confirmation that the code has not been redeemed
  • Any other information required to investigate the issue

If the code is confirmed valid, delivered correctly, or already redeemed, no refund will be issued.

6. Region or Compatibility Issues

No refund will be provided if the product cannot be used because of:

  • Region restrictions
  • Wrong country selection
  • Wrong platform selection
  • Account limitations
  • Device incompatibility
  • Third-party platform rules
  • Customer misunderstanding of the product description

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been delivered, revealed, processed, or made available.

If an order has not yet been delivered, you may contact support to request cancellation. AURAS.AE does not guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

8. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Any payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversion differences, or third-party fees may be non-refundable where applicable.

9. Chargebacks

Customers must contact AURAS.AE support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed after a valid digital product has been delivered, AURAS.AE may provide evidence of delivery, order details, customer activity, and product access to the payment provider.

Abusive or false chargebacks may result in account suspension and restriction from future purchases.
